Since 1974, BEHAbelt has been dedicated to the development and production of high-quality belt profiles and monolithic polyurethane conveyor belts, as well as the corresponding welding and joining technology for conveyor and drive systems. The product portfolio is rounded out by a wide selection of coatings and welded-on profiles, such as sidewalls or guide profiles.

Thanks to our in-house tooling department, in addition to our very extensive standard product range, one of our greatest strengths is the ability to develop custom profiles and belts to optimize existing systems or serve as a reliable development partner for machine builders in the design of new machines.

Elastic Monolithic Conveyor Belts

In conveyor technology, elastic monolithic belt designs are increasingly being used to replace traditional fabric-reinforced belts. This is particularly the case when the system design must meet the highest hygiene standards or when the ease of handling the elastic belt design offers the customer additional benefits. The new, elastic monolithic conveyor belts from BEHAbelt play a decisive role in this regard. They extend service life and minimize risks such as layer separation or fraying of belt edges compared to conventional, coated conveyor belts with fabric reinforcement.

Weldable Round- and V-belts & Special profiles

BEHAbelt specializes in designing and extruding a high quality line of thermo­­plastic profiles. The portfolio includes round and V profiles, with and without reinforcement as well as a wide ­variety of special profiles. Customer specific custom profiles can be ­produced efficiently and at a low cost due to an in house tool shop and state-of-the-art extrusions lines.

Friction Welding Machines RS02

The unique RS02 and RS02 battery-powered friction welding machines for polyurethane profiles prevent downtime by ensuring a perfect weld every time! There is no need for long preheating or setup times, and the belt is welded in seconds.

Hot Paddle Welding Tool EErgo

The BEHAbelt EErgo hot paddles were specifically designed for joining PU and TPE profiles and flat tape strips. The welding unit requires only about 5 minutes to heat up and maintains a constant welding temperature regardless of the ambient temperature.

Hot Presses HP01

With the HP01 hot presses – specifically designed for belt profiles – and the accompanying PPuls Element temperature control system, this welding technology offers complete process control for demanding industrial applications requiring welded joints. The HP01 is the top choice, particularly for overlap splices.

Welding Units HS400&800 for conveyor belts

Specially designed heating elements for butt splice (70° and 90°) of conveyor belts up to 800 mm wide. The welding device is designed for easy and professional handling. Various adapter plates are available as an option for complex surface structures.

Slip-free elastic monolithic AT5 conveyor belts

Smallest pulley diameters with positive drive: The positive-driven AT5 conveyor belts from BEHAbelt enable slip-free traction, even with the smallest pulley diameters of only Ø 15 mm. This means that even conveyor sections with the smallest transfers can now be utilized with a slip-free belt solution.

In combination with a maximum belt width of up to 700 mm, the new product series from BEHAbelt represents a new product solution which once again shifts the previous limits of the possible applications of positive-driven belt solutions on the market

PU grip Logistics conveyor belts

Specially developed for incline conveyors. For the safe and non-slip grip on conveyed goods such as boxes and parcels. Reliable grip even with low contact pressure. 2-component design with hard bottom side (Shore 84°A) for optimized sliding properties for energy-efficient belt running and lower bearing loads. Soft conveyor side (Shore 60°A) ensures excellent grip with the conveyed goods.
