MIR remains committed to providing our employees and their families a comprehensive and affordable benefits package. We work diligently to ensure our benefits package is competitive within the marketplace and industry. Based on a market analysis conducted, we are pleased to share that MIR’s insurance coverage exceeds typical industry. The benefits package consists of both salary and benefits, as well as commissions and bonuses for outstanding performers. The benefits listed below represent significant additional contributions to compensation:


   
medical-benefits Health
MIR offers comprehensive major medical insurance to all regular full-time employees. MIR pays 90% of the premium for individual coverage (with the 10% employee contribution paid via pre-tax payroll deduction). Covered employees also have the option to purchase insurance for eligible dependents. MIR also pays for 10% of the premium for dependents (with the 90% employee contribution paid via pre-tax payroll deduction).
dental-benefits Dental
Dental insurance is offered to all regular full-time employees. Covered employees may also purchase insurance for eligible dependents. MIR pays 50% of the premium for individual and eligible dependents coverage (with the 50% employee contribution paid via pre-tax payroll deduction).
vision-benefits Vision
Vision insurance is offered to all regular full-time employees. Covered employees may also purchase insurance for eligible dependents. The premium for individual and eligible dependents coverage is paid 100% by the employee (via pre-tax payroll deduction).
401k-benefits 401(k)
MIR offers a 401(k) plan to all eligible employees. The company contributes 3% of all eligible employees’ salary to their account, with no match required. This is after 3 months of employment and in conjunction with the plan entry dates).
tuition-benefits Tuition Reimbursement
MIR offers an undergraduate and graduate tuition reimbursement program to all eligible employees who wish to pursue higher education. Employees must have 12 months of service to be eligible for this benefit.
disability-benefits Company Paid Long Term Disability and Life Insurance
Long term disability and Life insurance is offered at no cost to all regular full-time employees. Spouse and dependents are also covered by the life insurance plan at no cost.
other-benefits Other Benefits
MIR offers Voluntary Buy-up Long Term Disability, Voluntary Short Term Disability, Voluntary Term Life Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts to fit the needs of our employees.
