Customer experienced issues with their belt slipping due to product building up on both the top side and carcass of the belt. The product buildup would lead to contamination which required frequent and difficult cleaning that required scraping by hand. Customer tried a replacement material from previous vendor, but was not successful after a year of trials and failure.
